Our most recent CQC review in April 2018 returned an requires improvement report, with a Good for caring. We are now striving to achieve the ‘good’ in all areas, that we know we are capable of. As part of our determined focus to improve our latest the report, we have now set course on our continuous development plan for 2018/19, where we will continue developing our care planning system and reviewing / improving our existing staff training to provide continual development of the nursing competencies.
We have also re-structured and strengthened our management team to develop a strong clinical leadership presence. This clinical supervision will directly impact staff and with better communication between our residents, staff and our management team, we will ensure that our residents are supported in an individualised way - whilst receiving the appropriate level of quality medical care and personalised nursing.

Gary Hood Registered Manager
Gary has a wealth of experience as a Care Home Manager. He graduated with level 6 in Management and Leadership, having recently joined our wonderful team to lead in our quest for achieving an outstanding level of standard in all areas.
