About Us

Our most recent CQC review in August 2017 returned an inadequate report. We are now striving to achieve the ‘good’ that we know we are capable of. As part of our determined focus to turn the report around, we have been overhauling our current procedures, re-developing our care planning system and reviewing / improving our existing staff training to provide continual development of  their nursing competencies.

We have also re-structured and strengthened our management team to develop a strong clinical leadership presence.  This clinical supervision will directly impact staff and with better communication between our residents, staff and our management team, we will ensure that our residents are supported in an individualised way - whilst receiving the appropriate level of quality medical care and personalised nursing.

Gary Hood Registered Manager

Gary has a wealth of experience as a Care Home Manager. He graduated with level 6 in Management and Leadership, having recently joined our wonderful team to lead in our quest for achieving an outstanding level of standard in all areas.
